Well there are many ways to get links. What you want to do is to start writing articles and press releases for your company and either submiting them through PRWeb.com or if you are on a budget you could submit them through free press release websites such as prlog.org.
You can also attack on the social media aspect by finding blog, forums and message boards related to your industry and laving educated comments the the comment linking back to yoru site. But you must leave an educated answer that helps to build up the blog post otherwise you will be spamming.
